Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week; flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays. What You'll Do
Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes product and builds brand relationships. Assist management in building store business. Support all service enhancers, including active use of Concierge. Serve multiple customers, multitask, and handle projects simultaneously. Stay current on fashion trends and new arrivals. Use product knowledge to create outfits and suggest items meeting customer needs. Maximize performance through learning, coaching, and feedback. Achieve sales and service metrics, including appointment setting and Talbots Classic Awards. Complete operational assignments such as filling orders, replenishment, recovery, etc. Note: This position description is intended to describe the general nature of work performed by associates assigned to this job.
