Technological aptitude to navigate POS/computer/iPad/handheld systems.

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.

Assist the management team to build store business.

Service multiple customers, multi-task, and handle projects simultaneously.

Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge (fit, color, fashion, etc.).

Use product knowledge to create outfits and match items to customer needs.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships that support a productive environment.

Communicate store information and brand initiatives to management to enhance the customer experience.

Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas.

Maximize performance through learning opportunities, coaching, and feedback.

Support operational excellence, including inventory management, filling orders, recalls, and replenishment.

Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.

Lead/supervise others on occasion and handle opening/closing duties.

Understand customer needs with curiosity and confident conversation.
