Overall Job Summary The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours, including nights and overtime as needed. Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues. Complete planograms, resets, store measurements, layout initiatives, cycle counts, and signage hanging accurately and timely. Assemble merchandise and fixtures; perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value. Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors. Perform other duties as assigned, including peak coverage during special events. Required Qualifications Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Preferred Skills and Abilities Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Self-directed with minimal supervision; strong interpersonal skills. Working Conditions Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work involves travel between stores. Shifts typically 4+ hours, potentially exceeding 8 hours. Travel in personal vehicle required; promote a safe environment. Physical Requirements Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment, and operate store equipment.
