The
Career Associate
is an entry‑level position with an opportunity for on‑the‑job training and development for someone that has already completed a four‑year college degree program. (We offer separate internships for current college students!)
Duties/Responsibilities
Learn warehouse operations—shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Operate a forklift (training provided).
Utilize ERP and inventory management software for tracking and inquiries.
Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. in a fast‑paced environment. (some roles in this training program can release that requirement depending on the needs of the business at the time of hiring).
Keep the warehouse organized and adhere to safety and cleanliness standards.
This role is designed as a 12‑18‑month opportunity program to give you a solid foundation in operations before moving into other areas of the business.

What We’re Looking For
A college degree (any major welcome!)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A willingness to learn and work in a hands‑on environment
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the day
Outlook, Word, etc. is a plus
Experience with ERP or inventory management software is a plus
Forklift experience is a bonus (but we will train you!)
Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Good organizational skills are important in this role
The ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures
Work overtime as needed or as instructed by a manager or supervisor
Valid state issued driver’s license
Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds assisted (some positions in this training program can release that requirement)
Requires ability to walk, climb, stand, carry materials, stoop, kneel, bend at waist
Ability to work in extreme temperatures based on seasonal weather
Make fast, repeated movements of fingers, hands, and wrists
