Job Description This is a high‑impact, inside sales role focused on generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for building pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow‑up, helping Account Executives drive revenue growth.

Conduct outbound prospecting calls to qualify leads and generate new opportunities
Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
Deliver a positive, high‑quality experience to prospects
Track and manage all activity in Salesforce (or CRM tools)
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets
Qualifications
1+ year of inside sales, SDR, or phone‑based sales experience
Strong communication and listening skills
High energy, driven, and results‑oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is an asset
