Overall Job Summary The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain regular attendance and flexible work hours.
Communicate proactively with supervisors about work progress and issues.
Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
Perform cycle counts, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and hang signage.
Deliver exceptional customer service following GURA principles: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count required.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities
Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.
Working Conditions
Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
Physical activity including lifting, standing, kneeling, and climbing.
Operate store equipment and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
Physical Requirements
Travel as needed, ability to lift and move merchandise, and operate equipment.
Stand, walk, kneel, reach overhead, and handle merchandise safely.
