The
Contract Manufacturing Client Relations Specialist
develops, maintains, and reports on business relationships while acting as a liaison and point of contact between Contract Manufacturing and the departments within the FUSA operating groups. This role onboards new customers and/or new products while ensuring appropriate execution, project management, and communication amongst cross‑functional teams and oversees and supports day‑to‑day forecasting, scheduling, and ordering actions/communication.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Work with production, scheduling, packaging, purchasing and brewing to integrate contract production within operational plans.
Assist in contract negotiations, contract pricing, annual volume planning, and preparation of documentation.
Support financial and volume reconciliations and develop performance improvement strategies based on findings.
Own the process of partnership scorecards and business reviews.
Oversee and support the set up and approval of the new packaging graphics for contract customers' new SKUs, ensuring no interruptions to the operational plans.
Design and implement tools and techniques for streamlined project management.
Work with the Operations and Finance group to charge back our customers as needed for costs they are liable for (plate charges, obsolete inventory, etc.).
Problem‑solve production, packaging or scheduling issues with both the operations group and contract partner to address and resolve day‑to‑day problems.
Coordinate shipment of product samples and other packaging materials to current and new customers.
Work with our operations and QA/QC teams to respond to and resolve customer complaints.
Organize/host partnership visits, including meeting agendas and documentation.
Attend trade shows and conferences to expand industry knowledge and build relationships.
Track and effectively present on key functional metrics.
Ensure effective 360‑degree communication and cross‑functional support for day‑to‑day issue management.
Ensure all activities are compliant with department and company policies.
Experience, Education, and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing or Project Management preferred.
5+ years manufacturing or supply chain experience.

Additional Info In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $69,600 - $104,400 per year, not including benefits or potential bonuses. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to enable future & continued salary growth.
