Your Mission Sell memberships like a pro – Convert 50%+ of first-time guests into long-term members. Maximize every ticket – Upsell service enhancements and retail with ease. Follow up and close – Use calls, texts, and emails to capture every missed opportunity. Crush the leaderboard – Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas. Own the front desk as your sales floor – Every interaction is a chance to close. You Are A hunter, not a gatherer – You go after the sale, not wait for it to come to you.
