Sales Representative – Energy Efficiency Solutions Position Overview:
We seek a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will play a key role in selling our energy efficiency solutions, including advanced LED lighting systems, NLC software, HVAC optimization, compressed air optimization services, advanced software solutions focusing on energy waste reduction, and comprehensive energy audits. This role offers an excellent opportunity to represent industry-leading technologies that deliver substantial value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial clients.
Identify client needs and propose customized energy efficiency solutions.
Present and demonstrate advanced energy‑efficient technologies and systems.
Achieve sales goals through proactive prospecting, client meetings, and proposal development.
Collaborate with our engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Stay current with industry trends, energy efficiency technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy solutions, HVAC, lighting, or related industries.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to communicate technical solutions and financial benefits to diverse audiences.
Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented.
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking.
Ability to cover Grand Rapids, Holland, and Muskegon territories.
