Pandora @ Pearlridge Mall Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Pandora, the world\'s largest jewellery brand. You will deliver a world-class experience, surpass sales goals, and engage our fans (customers) with product knowledge and brand passion. This role fits your lifestyle and involves jumping in during peak hours to support store operations and create memorable shopping moments. Responsibilities
Deliver a world-class customer experience and surpass individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with our fans. Embrace a store culture filled with passion for the brand and act as an extraordinary brand ambassador. Provide excellent product knowledge to inspire customers to style their jewellery and build brand loyalty. Foster lasting connections with customers beyond transactions and craft loyal fans. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth, on-brand store operations. Be flexible with scheduling, including periods with fewer hours, and increased availability during peak times. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring
Results-oriented selling mindset. Careful, effective communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels of the organization. At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; reliable arrival to work. Flexible schedule: approximately 4 hours per month in slower periods up to about 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Reliable support to cover high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed. Compensation
$15.00 per hour–$16.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. About Pandora
