Carpentry Builder

We currently have an opening for a Carpentry Builder in Troy, Ohio. Starting pay is $18.50 plus $1.00 shift differential, with wage increases up to $26.30 after 24 months.
Shift Schedule 2nd shift – Monday through Friday – 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Responsibilities
Assemble garage doors using various hand tools, power tools, and operating equipment, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Apply appropriate identifying labels to doors and/or boxes, where required.
Visually inspect parts for defects and replace parts that don’t meet quality specifications.
Keep area and equipment clean and well maintained.
Adhere to all safety training, policies, and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift 30‑50 pounds and work at a quick pace.
Carpentry experience is required.
Basic knowledge of hardware for various door models.
Ability to read and write a limited number of words, recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers.
Ability to count and perform simple math operations to determine information such as weight, temperature, and quantity.
Ability to meet production and quality standards.
Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team.
