This job involves working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) to perform tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and inventories, mainly in a single store. The role includes supporting merchandise assembly, fixture setup, signage maintenance, and delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain regular attendance and work scheduled shifts, primarily Monday through Thursday. Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding work progress and issues. Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely. Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements. Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts accurately. Perform price changes and hang store signage. Assemble merchandise and fixtures as needed. Deliver excellent customer service following GURA principles: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Self-directed with minimal supervision. Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and moving merchandise. Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise. Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours. Physical Requirements: Ability to move, lift, push, and pull merchandise and operate equipment safely. Ability to stand, kneel, reach, and climb ladders throughout the shift.
