Customer Service Representative
– North Mankato, MN
Shift
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Onsite at 1750 Tower Blvd, North Mankato, MN
Responsibilities
Managing all customer communications—both written and verbal—in a professional, proactive, and efficient manner
Answering questions and providing guidance on product options, pricing, order status, and custom order details
Processing reprints, applying credits, and resolving quality or service concerns to ensure timely and accurate order completion
Collaborating with various internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless experience
Building and maintaining strong relationships through consistent follow‑up and regular communication
Handling escalations and concerns with a sense of ownership, ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple systems and functions
Working independently and within a team to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle complaints, escalations, and product/service issues effectively
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Adaptability to shifting priorities and willingness to learn new systems and product lines
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with print terminology and production processes
Basic understanding of graphic file formats (e.g., PDF, EPS, JPEG) and how they relate to print quality
Experience working with B2B accounts or dealer networks
Hourly Range : $16 – $20 per hour (actual base offered depends on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location).
