Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative in our North Mankato-MN facility. Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Onsite at MN-North Mankato-1750 Tower Blvd Your Responsibilities: Managing all customer communicationsboth written and verbalin a professional, proactive, and efficient manner Answering questions and providing guidance on product options, pricing, order status, and custom order details Processing reprints, applying credits, and resolving quality or service concerns to ensure timely and accurate order completion Collaborating with various internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless experience Building and maintaining strong relationships through consistent follow-up and regular communication Handling escalations and concerns with a sense of ownership, ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple systems and functions Working independently and within a team to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience You Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints, escalations, and product/service issues effectively Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Adaptability to shifting priorities and willingness to learn new systems and product lines The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16
