Graphic Designer (Mid-Level)

Athens, TN | Graphic Designer (Mid-Level) | Full-time We are actively recruiting a Mid-Level Graphic Designer for our client in Athens, Tennessee . This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity that will require 100% onsite work in Athens, TN (no remote or hybrid option) . This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys seeing their work come to life across multiple platforms. Must have strong design fundamentals, hands-on production experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Due to client request, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Key Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality visual assets for print and digital use, including marketing materials, presentations, signage, packaging, and internal communications Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and internal stakeholders to translate concepts and ideas into effective visual designs Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials Prepare files for production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines Manage multiple projects at once while meeting timelines in an onsite, team-based environment Revise and update designs based on feedback and changing business needs Required Qualifications Ability to work 100% onsite in Athens, TN Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of professional graphic design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required) Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy Experience designing for both print and digital formats Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in person with cross‑functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a corporate, manufacturing, or industrial environment Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategy Familiarity with file preparation for print vendors Motion graphics, video, or basic web design experience is a plus Fully onsite position in Athens, Tennessee Standard business hours Collaborative, hands‑on creative team setting "Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled" #J-18808-Ljbffr
