Role Overview As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be on the front lines of our growth engine — responsible for generating new business opportunities, building pipeline, and engaging with key decision-makers across the hospitality industry. This role is ideal for someone who is hungry, driven, and looking to grow into an Account Executive or enterprise sales role. What You’ll Do Identify and target hotel groups, management companies, and enterprise hospitality brands Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives Research accounts and personalize outreach to decision-makers Lead Qualification Qualify inbound and outbound leads (BANT / MEDDICC style) Identify key stakeholders (Security Directors, Operations, IT, Executives) Understand client pain points and align them with MS Shift solutions Book and coordinate product demos Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture prospects Build early-stage relationships with enterprise clients CRM & Reporting Manage pipeline activity in Salesforce (or similar CRM) Track outreach, meetings, and conversion metrics Meet and exceed activity and pipeline targets What You’ll Own Monthly and quarterly pipeline targets Number of qualified meetings booked Outbound activity metrics (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches) Contribution to overall revenue growth Who You Are 8+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or sales role (SaaS preferred) Strong communication and persuasion skills Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection Organized and disciplined with follow-ups Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM is a plus Nice to Have Experience selling into hospitality or multi-location enterprises Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo Compensation Uncapped commission structure Why Join MS Shift Work with global hospitality brands (Hilton, Marriott, etc.) Fast-growing company with strong upward mobility Clear path to Account Executive / Enterprise Sales High-impact role in a scaling organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
