Position Overview As an Account Manager in our Commercial Lines Division, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing expert advice on insurance products and risk management solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and insurance requirements. Manage the renewal process for commercial accounts, including preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and presenting options to clients. Collaborate with underwriters and Account Executives to ensure optimal coverage and pricing for our clients. Provide ongoing support and service to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations. Assist in identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base. Prepare and present reports on account performance and client satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management. Active insurance license (required). Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage options. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
