Position Overview
OMG, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Retail Sponsored Search Specialist for Target's Roundel Media Studios who combines technical expertise in sponsored search with exceptional client service skills. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in retail media networks (Roundel Media Studio, Criteo, Epsilon, etc.) and has a passion for turning data into actionable insights that drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Management
Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, delivering proactive communication and support
Translate client business needs into actionable search strategies and solutions within Roundel
Present campaign updates, insights, and recommendations in a clear, professional, and consultative manner
Anticipate client questions and provide responsive, high‑quality service to build trust and confidence
Campaign Management & Execution
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal sales teams to design campaigns aligned to business objectives
Oversee execution teams to optimize performance across sponsored search campaigns
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and category benchmarks to inform campaign direction
Manage the day‑to‑day partnership with our key stakeholders.
Optimization & Reporting
Monitor success metrics and KPIs daily to ensure flawless execution
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting — turning complex data into actionable recommendations
Provide strategic insights that demonstrate ROI and create upsell/cross‑sell opportunities
Work hand‑in‑hand with the Marketing Director and Sales VPs to align execution with client goals
Act as a consultant on emerging retail media opportunities and best practices
Participate in client meetings, QBRs, and joint business planning to influence long‑term strategy
Support business development conversations by showcasing OMG's retail media expertise
Qualifications
Required:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 3+ years in SEO/sponsored search, with client‑facing or account management exposure in an agency, broker, or retail media environment
Platform Expertise: Hands‑on experience with Roundel Media Studio, Criteo, Epsilon, or equivalent retail media networks
Skills
Exceptional customer service orientation with strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present insights and strategies to both marketing and executive‑level audiences
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear client recommendations
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a client‑centric environment
Consultative mindset with a focus on building long‑term client relationships
Reporting Structure
This position reports to the Director, Digital Marketing, with a dotted line to Sales VPs. Sales leaders act as the primary points of contact with clients and Target, and this role will partner closely with them to provide white‑glove service and campaign excellence. The role is based in Minneapolis and a hybrid office policy.
