Location : Atlanta, GA (or within close driving distance preferred) Department : Art Consulting We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Art Specifier to support hospitality and commercial art projects from concept through installation. This role is central to project success and requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a working knowledge of art production and framing . The ideal candidate understands how artwork is fabricated, framed, shipped, and installed, and can confidently coordinate between artists, vendors, internal teams, and clients to meet tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Specify artwork details including sizes, substrates, framing, glazing, and finishes for hospitality and commercial projects Communicate clearly and professionally with artists, vendors, framers, and internal project teams Track project timelines and ensure all deliverables align with installation and opening deadlines Review artwork files, mockups, and samples for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Take initiative to problem-solve production challenges related to framing, materials, or logistics Coordinate shipping methods, crating, and delivery requirements Maintain organized documentation, including specs, approvals, pricing, and correspondence Required Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment High level of attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to learn and take initiative Ability to work collaboratively while also managing responsibilities independently Framing & Production Experience Basic understanding of framing is required Have prior experience with framing concepts (substrates, glazing, shadow gaps, float frames, etc.), or Complete a required 3-day intensive framing training at Soho For candidates remote or outside driving distance to the Atlanta office , a strong working knowledge of framing is required , as in-person training and troubleshooting may be limited Advanced framing knowledge is a plus Location Requirements Atlanta-based or within close driving distance preferred Remote candidates considered only if they demonstrate strong framing knowledge and production experience Proactive and solutions-oriented Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to shifting priorities Clear, confident communicator with artists and vendors Deadline-focused with a strong sense of accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr
