ADM Creative Group, a leader in corporate events, video production, and brand‑building experiences, is seeking a talented, driven, and enthusiastic Executive Producer to join our corporate communications team.
The Executive Producer (EP) oversees the full production and creative process—developing budgets, managing schedules, guiding teams, and ensuring flawless execution across all project phases. This role sits at the intersection of creative, production, and business strategy. The EP is responsible for stewarding the client’s brand, elevating creative concepts, and ensuring each project is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.
Minimum Requirements
• Ten (10) years of experience in video production, live event production, or integrated corporate communications
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex, multi‑phase productions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams in developing creative concepts for video and live events, overseeing pre‑production planning, talent/speaker research, logistics, and schedule management
- Participate in and help drive creative meetings, brainstorms, and strategic planning sessions
- Manage high‑level corporate clients, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and partnership throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee all production elements, including schedules, budgets, crew selection, location scouting, and on‑site execution
- Ensure all deliverables align with the client’s brand standards, messaging, and strategic objectives
- Maintain a solutions‑oriented mindset, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment
- Travel as needed for shoots, events, and client engagements (travel required)
Business Development Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets
- Partner with leadership to develop proposals, pitch materials, and creative treatments for prospective clients
- Participate in client presentations, contributing strategic thinking and production expertise
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships with vendors, freelancers, agencies, and potential clients
- Track market trends and emerging technologies to proactively recommend new services, capabilities, or creative approaches
- Support revenue growth by helping shape project scopes, pricing strategies, and long‑term client engagement plans
