Join Our Team as a Service BDC Representative! The Service Department Business Development Center (BDC) staff member is the initial contact for Customers seeking to schedule an appointment with, or ask questions of, our dealership's Service Department. The primary goal is to set an accurate, quality appointment that enables the dealership to meet the Customer's expectations while sounding helpful and courteous at all times.
