Key Responsibilities: Track and trace shipments using Cargowise software Coordinate with clients, international colleagues, and various vendors, such as airlines, warehouses, and trucking companies Manage billing processes and audit vendor invoices Organize delivery of imports and process necessary documentation Approve freight invoices and credit notes in alignment with agreements Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations and develop a strong understanding of client agreements Qualifications: Experience:
2-4 years in freight forwarding; experience in air or ocean logistics is highly preferred Education:
Open to various educational backgrounds Skills:
Strong attention to detail, process-oriented, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Software:
