Role Description: Enterprise Architect - Sales & Marketing Platforms
As an
Enterprise Architect , you will be responsible for IT strategy formulation and end-to-end solution delivery in close partnership with Business Leadership, Portfolio Management, Product Management, and Engineering teams across Sales and Marketing domains.
You will define and govern technology principles, lead application modernization initiatives, and design scalable, future-state architectures aligned with enterprise strategy.
Key Responsibilities Define and apply enterprise architecture principles to guide technology decisions and lead application modernization and rationalization initiatives Analyze the current technology landscape to identify gaps, risks, and deficiencies; recommend scalable and sustainable solutions Influence the development, communication, and execution of enterprise and line-of-business technology architectures Design and lead implementation of
Line of Business (LOB) reference architectures
aligned with business objectives and IT strategy Develop end-to-end solution roadmaps defining future-state architecture, initiative scope, sequencing, and transition states Align capital programs with enterprise strategy while leveraging shared platforms and reusable capabilities Lead architecture governance to ensure compliance with Enterprise Technology Architecture standards Communicate architectural value, outcomes, and measurable results to senior business and technology stakeholders Foster innovation by removing roadblocks, promoting strategic risk-taking, and driving change management initiatives Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to architecture team members Facilitate continuous improvement across architecture processes and practices Stay engaged with industry technology trends and their application within healthcare and digital marketing ecosystems Participate in talent identification, hiring, and development initiatives Required Qualifications
5+ years
of Enterprise or Solution Architecture experience supporting
DTC, e-commerce, MarTech, and/or CRM
strategies 2-5 years
of hands-on experience with
Adobe Marketing solutions , including: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Adobe Analytics Adobe Target 5+ years
delivering complex technology solutions in large, shared-services IT organizations 5+ years
influencing senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders 5+ years
communicating technology strategy to business executives and external partners 5+ years
building business cases, cost estimates, and evaluating competing solution options 5+ years
creating business-aligned technology roadmaps 5+ years
introducing emerging technologies to disrupt or transform business models 3+ years
of application modernization and rationalization experience 3+ years
working with Agile delivery methods and planning Experience leading architectures using
modern software engineering patterns , including: Event-Driven Architecture Microservices Hybrid / Public Cloud environments ( Azure, AWS, and/or GCP ) Experience collaborating with
matrixed and globally distributed teams Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in
TOGAF, Cloud Platforms, or Agile 1+ year
of people leadership experience, including managing and mentoring geographically distributed teams Essential Skills
