Senior Product Manager (Retirement Products)

Senior Product Manager (Retirement Products) Leads product development initiatives for the entire company retirement product lineup. This role delivers subject matter expertise to senior leaders and the investment team, helps drive current and future sales/revenue growth, and provides high‑value product solutions and enhancements through a deep understanding of the end customer and company objectives. Requires strong analytics and research skills and experience related to the company retirement product line up while working closely with senior‑level stakeholders.

Retirement products include ETFs, 401(k), 403(b), 409, 529, etc. We are looking for someone who is business‑oriented and focused more on business than technology.

In This Role You Will

Lead strategic initiatives across the retirement lineup. Develop project plans, conduct industry‑related and competitive intelligence research, offer analysis and analytics to senior leaders, define the business requirements and scope, manage testing plans, support go‑to‑market readiness, and communicate consistently with stakeholders.

Own the product vision, strategy and road‑mapping for retirement product development and enhancements, and conduct feasibility assessments.

Drive ongoing R&D efforts for new products and/or partnerships. Conduct market assessments, define product concepts and KPIs, and generate actionable insights and solutions.

Track and monitor progress and KPIs.

Offer support to stakeholders and sales for product positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.

Conduct ongoing benchmarking, fee and expense assessments.

Requirements Include

3+ years of similar product development or product manager experience.

Proven knowledge of retirement products (401(k), funds, ETFs, 403(b), 529, etc.).

Strong research and analytical skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with MS Office. Experience with Monday.com and JIRA is a plus.

Benchmarking experience is a big plus (total plan fees, investment expense ratios, and advisory costs).

Experience with plan design is a big plus (matching formulas, vesting schedules, and eligibility requirements).

Experience with participant metrics is a plus (participation rates and contribution levels).

Experience with related benchmarking tools is a plus (RPAG, FDI, etc.).

Knowledge of related ERISA rules is a plus.

This is a full‑time, permanent position offering excellent total compensation, including base salary, annual bonus and outstanding retirement and health insurance benefits (10% company contribution on top of employee contributions).

This is an on‑site, in‑office hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with full PTO and holiday schedule. Relocation assistance is available if needed. Dallas / Ft. Worth location.
