Role Overview The Manager will support the execution and coordination of retail media and digital commerce strategy across Unilever’s Foods portfolio, ensuring seamless delivery across retailers and alignment with broader strategic priorities across media and content. This role is highly execution focused, with responsibility for managing workflows, tracking performance, and ensuring consistency across campaigns and digital shelf initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Execution Support – Support implementation of retail media and digital commerce strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, and pureplay platforms.

Assist in building campaign structures, keyword frameworks, and content optimization plans.

Ensure adherence to best practices across both media and digital shelf content.

Project Coordination – Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple teams; maintain project documentation and status updates; ensure smooth handoffs between strategy, activation, content, and analytics teams.

Data & Performance Monitoring – Monitor campaign and content performance, flag trends, risks, and opportunities; support reporting and analysis across retailers; identify optimization opportunities across both media and digital shelf; coordinate with activation, content, analytics, and national media teams; support integration of retail media into broader campaign and commerce plans; ensure consistency across brands, retailers, and digital shelf execution.

Stakeholder Support – Prepare materials for internal and client meetings; support communication of key updates and performance insights; build strong working relationships across teams.

Qualifications

4–6 years experience in retail media, digital commerce, or e‑commerce.

Familiarity with retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, etc.).

Basic understanding of digital commerce content and PDP optimization.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
