Position Summary The Solutions Consultant supports the sales process by providing product, technical, and workflow expertise. This role helps translate customer needs into tailored solutions, ensuring Mosai’s platform is credible, feasible, and aligned to customer workflows and systems.
Job Duties
Sales Support & Deal Execution
Partner with AEs and AMs to support discovery, demos, and solution design
Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer use cases
Support RFPs, technical documentation, and security reviews
Solutioning & Technical Validation
Translate customer requirements into technical and workflow‑aligned solutions
Answer customer questions regarding products and implementation
Validate integration feasibility, data requirements, and system compatibility
Identify risks and gaps early in the sales process
Work with Product and Engineering on technical questions and escalations
All other job‑related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
1‑3+ years in pre‑sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales
Experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, or healthcare technology
Deep understanding of data, workflows, and system integrations, especially in the home health or hospice space
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience selling into home‑based healthcare or the broader healthcare industry, or health technology organizations is strongly preferred
Work Environment
This role is preferred to be based in Nashville or Jacksonville, near Mosai's offices, though remote candidates will be considered. Quarterly travel is required for sales team meetings and trainings.
Travel required to clients, conferences, and prospects as needed.
Physical Demands of Our Work Environment
This position uses a computer and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The in‑office noise level is typical of that of an office.
Frequent interruptions may be encountered throughout the workday.
The employee is required to either stand or sit, talk and hear frequently, and use repetitive keying or hand motions.
