Operating across Multi-Family, Commercial, Heavy Civil and MEP construction, our client has built strong market credibility across the NYC and Tri-State area.
The Construction Recruitment Consultant will join a tight-knit, high-energy team, collaborating on splits and delivering high-value placements into major projects, including multi-million-dollar developments.
The Construction Recruitment Consultant will take ownership of a genuinely hot desk, working permanent roles with speed-to-market urgency and strong fee potential.
Role Highlights
Manage live construction vacancies across NYC
Place Project Managers, Superintendents and Estimators
Convert warm client relationships into repeat business
Progress into full 360 recruitment with structured support
You Will Need
1–3 years’ recruitment experience (construction preferred)
Exposure to NYC/Tri-State construction market
Confidence in BD and cold calling
Proven billing examples in project-based hiring
High-energy, resilient and self-managed mindset
