About the Role: The Interior Designer plays a key role in the design and execution of remodeling and new construction projects. This position blends creative design work with technical documentation, client collaboration, and cross‑functional teamwork with sales and production teams. You’ll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility and design concepts through construction support and final installation.

Qualifications
High school diploma with 5+ years of experience in interior design and/or residential construction
Proficiency in CAD software (Chief Architect, 20/20, Revit, or similar)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building materials
Working knowledge of basic building codes and construction methods
Experience with material takeoffs and construction documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Reliable personal vehicle for site visits and client meetings
