Sales Strategy & Operations Specialist

With our CEO based stateside and our Dallas office growing fast, we’re building a high-performing GTM team to drive the next phase of our global journey.

We’re looking for a

Sales Operations & Strategy Specialist

to play a central role in powering our U.S. sales organization. You’ll own key processes, systems, insights, and tooling that enable our teams to operate effectively and scale with confidence.

What you’ll be doing

Manage and refine lead management processes to ensure accurate and timely allocation Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to drive strategic and tactical decisions

Deliver forecasting, reporting, and dashboards for leadership visibility

Streamline workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization

Administer and maintain our CRM (HubSpot) and sales tooling (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)

Troubleshoot operational issues before they affect the team

Organize data and generate customer and prospect insights to support pipeline generation

Deliver training and ensure adoption of sales processes and systems

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Australian GTM Operations teams to align execution

You’re a strong match if you have

Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or GTM Ops roles

Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Experience with CRM and sales systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, enrichment tools)

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-scaling environment

A proactive mindset and a desire to build scalable, effective GTM systems

Location & Hours Hybrid role based in our

Dallas office

(3 days per week in-office). Some early evening collaboration with Australia-based teams may be required.
