Senior Marketing Manager, Small Business
– Our client is a leader in the technology and services space seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join a high-impact marketing organization responsible for go-to-market strategy, brand engagement, and integrated campaigns for the small business segment. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Schedule:
4 days onsite / 1 day remote
Contract Length:
6 months (with potential to extend or convert FTE)
Employment Type:
W2 Contract (Not open to C2C)
Pay rate:
$50-55/hr
What’s the Job?
Small Business Strategy & Leadership
Serve as the subject-matter expert on the small business segment and priority industries
Identify market trends and customer needs to inform go-to-market strategy and sales alignment
Refine and evolve small business sub-segmentation models to improve targeting, positioning, and campaign performance
GTM Planning & Multi-Product Marketing
Build, execute, and optimize comprehensive go-to-market plans across a broad product portfolio
Develop cohesive multi-product narratives and support sales with industry- and segment-specific messaging and materials
Support major product launches with segment insights, content development, and activation plans
Brand Engagement
Create insight-driven messaging reflecting small business needs through customer stories, testimonials, and community perspectives
Activate targeted, high-touch marketing programs such as partnerships, education initiatives, and lifecycle communications
Partner with sales leadership to deepen brand relationships and support enterprise-level growth opportunities
Integrated Campaign Execution
Coordinate and execute enterprise-wide marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies
Develop creative media strategies informed by research and customer insights
Support campaigns across acquisition, retention, cross-sell, upsell, education, and brand initiatives, including large-scale or broadcast media campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with product marketing, research, analytics, sales, creative teams, and executive stakeholders
Manage complex marketing initiatives with strong prioritization, organization, and decision-making skills
What’s Needed?
7+ years of direct marketing experience
7+ years partnering with creative or advertising agencies to deliver measurable marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of small or micro business audiences; verticalized B2B marketing experience preferred
Proven success developing and executing multi-channel go-to-market plans and integrated campaigns
Experience marketing complex products or services in competitive environments
