location is part of a community of studios (Salem NH, Bedford NH, Nashua, NH, and Newburyport MA) that is family‑owned and operated. We are a busy Elements Massage studio, with

over 900+ massage and facial appointments per month , and we’re growing fast!

What You’ll Do

Deliver an exceptional experience for every client, every time they walk through our doors.

Introduce clients to the Elements Wellness Program—a no‑hassle membership designed to help them see lasting results.

Be the welcoming face of hospitality—on the phone and in‑studio.

Ensure client paperwork, check‑ins, and payments are handled quickly and accurately.

Collaborate with Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Managers to create a seamless and supportive environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay $16-$18/hour

Commissions $5-$20 per membership sale

Bonus opportunities based on studio growth and team milestones
