As the Assistant Manager/Studio Manager, you’ll support the Area Manager and help keep the entire studio running smoothly. You’ll be visible on the floor, approachable to staff, and focused on both the client experience and team performance. Support and oversee daily operations of the studio Lead, coach, and support front desk staff, massage therapists, and estheticians Help onboard, train, and support new team members across all roles Support scheduling, coverage, and workflow for front desk and service providers Reinforce service standards, client experience expectations, and brand values Assist with membership growth, retail sales, and skincare service adoption Address client concerns with professionalism and care Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment Partner with the Area Manager on performance, communication, and team culture This is an in-studio role and not remote or seasonal. Who You Are

A calm, confident leader who enjoys supporting teams across different roles Comfortable balancing people management with hands‑on operational work Clear communicator who builds trust with staff and clients Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities during busy shifts Someone who leads by example and is comfortable jumping in where needed Preferred Experience

2 years of spa management is preferred Leadership or supervisory experience in a membership‑driven environment (wellness, fitness, spa, or hospitality) Experience managing or supporting both sales and service teams Familiarity with scheduling systems, POS software, and studio operations Interest in skincare, facials, or wellness services is a plus What We Offer
