About the Role IBM seeks a Technology Sales Leader to guide deeply technical sales teams and steer clients toward solutions that solve complex business challenges. The role requires a growth mindset, strong people skills, and the ability to translate technical needs into actionable business strategies.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Develop Account Plans: Create targeted account plans based on customer, industry, and product footprint to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Drive IBM Technology Strategy: Translate customer needs into the appropriate cross‑technology architecture and use cases to drive the IBM strategy with clients.
Build Senior Relationships: Engage in CxO conversations to build senior IBM relationships and secure executive client buy‑in.
Translate Customer Requirements: Interpret customer requirements into actionable solutions, leveraging industry and product knowledge to deliver value.
Foster Client Growth: Grow existing and new client relationships by identifying opportunities and developing targeted solutions to meet customer needs.

Technology Sales Leadership : Experience developing account plans to drive growth in high‑priority accounts.
Cross‑Technology Architecture : Experience translating customer needs into the right cross‑technology architecture.
Executive Client Engagement : Experience engaging CxO conversations and securing executive client buy‑in.
Industry and Product Knowledge : Experience leveraging industry and product knowledge to deliver value to clients.
Strategic Advisory : Experience serving as a strategic advisor to customers and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Cross‑Industry Knowledge : Experience across multiple industries and understanding of industry‑specific challenges and trends.
Advanced Technology Solutions : Experience designing and implementing complex cross‑technology architectures, including integration of multiple products and services.
Strategic Planning : Experience in strategic planning and execution to drive growth and expansion in high‑priority accounts.
