Position Summary
Lead development, implementation and optimization of integrated media strategy across paid, social and emerging channels, leveraging analytics, AI‑driven tools and cross‑functional collaboration to drive growth, brand strength and a consumer‑first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated media strategy using advanced analytics and insights.
Champion full‑funnel thinking across paid, social and emerging channels.
Evaluate media resources, trends, technology and tools, maintaining focus on impact and efficiency.
Oversee integration of media technology solutions including automation, targeting, measurement and attribution techniques.
Modernize media planning by embedding media earlier into creative and marketing strategies.
Lead cross‑channel media campaigns using data analytics, audience segmentation and real‑time insights to maximize ROI.
Negotiate and manage media buys, ensuring cost efficiency and value.
Manage relationships with media agencies, vendors, publishers and technology partners to secure optimal placements and rates.
Champion data‑driven strategies, including AI, automation and machine learning, to continuously improve media performance.
Serve as the connective tissue between media, creative and marketing strategy teams, ensuring aligned narratives and effective brief development.
Partner effectively with external agencies and internal stakeholders to lead partnerships and internal alignment, delivering a consistent message across channels.
Drive organizational change and capability building, guiding teams through new ways of working and fostering a learning‑driven culture.
Deliver presentations and dashboards that provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, continuous upskilling in AI technologies and experimentation with generative AI.
Direct work of assigned areas, design processes, select, coach and develop teams, set objectives aligned with organizational strategy.
Develop and recommend operating and capital budgets while controlling expenditures within approved budgets.
Ensure compliance with the organization’s Code of Ethical Conduct, policies, regulations and laws.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising or a related field.
7+ years progressive paid media strategy experience, managing large‑scale omni‑channel campaigns.
3+ years managing media agency teams.
Proven track record managing multi‑million dollar media budgets across traditional and digital channels.
Deep knowledge of paid, owned and emerging media channels, including AI‑driven targeting, personalization and optimization.
Strategic thinker, proven ability to create executable strategies.
Expertise in data analysis, market research and consumer insights; translates quantitative data into actionable media plans.
Collaborative team player, able to translate consumer insights into media strategies.
Project management skills, able to manage multifaceted projects within period and budget.
Leadership strength: inspire associates, build high‑performing media teams and cultivate a culture of growth and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in relevant business, marketing or related field/industry.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification None required.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $75.40 - $120.65 (annualized per hour).
