Senior Tax Manager

Job Title:
Partnership Taxation Senior Manager
Location:
Phoenix, AZ
Hybrid
– 3 days onsite
Key Responsibilities
Lead partnership tax compliance and consulting engagements
Review complex partnership tax returns and ensure accuracy
Advise clients on tax strategies and identify savings opportunities
Manage multiple client projects and ensure timely delivery
Support business development and build client relationships
Mentor, train, and develop tax professionals
Research complex tax issues and respond to IRS inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Active CPA license required
10+ years of tax experience (public accounting required)
Strong experience in
partnership tax (Subchapter K)
Proven leadership and team management experience
