Job Description:

Bring joy to millions of LEGO® fans worldwide as a Customer Service Representative during our peak season. This seasonal role is based in Tempe, AZ, with flexible hybrid work options. About the Role

• Fixed‑term contract through January 29, 2027. • Full in‑person training for 4–5 weeks, followed by ongoing on‑the‑job support. • Hybrid work: up to three days from home, minimum two days in the office per week after training. • Starting salary $43,900 per annum plus discretionary bonus up to 10%. Work Schedule

• Training: 9 AM–5 PM MST, Monday–Friday (subject to change). • Regular shifts start between 8 AM and 12 PM; full‑time employees work 5 days a week with no more than two weekend days in a four‑week period. Responsibilities

Engage with consumers via phone and email, handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 topics (orders, accounts, parts requests, returns, digital app experiences, LEGO electronics, product quality, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with consumers in a fun, engaging manner. Diagnose and solve product and service issues using IT tools and internal programs. Adapt to a variety of shifts, including weekends, to deliver exceptional service. Qualifications

Experience delivering premium customer service or inbound sales, preferably in retail. Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and prioritize tasks. Comfortable with virtual assessments; dependable Wi‑Fi and a private remote work space. Positive, adaptable attitude in a dynamic, fast‑paced, team‑focused environment. Benefits & Perks
