**This role is not available for any form of immigration sponsorship or support, including completion of the Form I-983 training plan required for STEM OPT.**The Director of Supply Chain & Logistics oversees all aspects of planning, procurement, S&OP processes, production scheduling, warehouse operations, transportation logistics, and 3PL management to support company initiatives and customer requirements. This role ensures that all activities are managed in accordance with MegaFood’s goals for safety, quality, regulatory preparedness, financial performance, environmental mission, inventory controls, customer service, and efficient logistics. The Director facilitates operational and executive-level S&OP meetings and builds trusting relationships with internal and external customers, logistics partners, and service providers.**Key Responsibilities:**- Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.**Required Qualifications:** 15+ years of operations planning experience within a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment is desirable.Strong knowledge of Word and Excel or ERP, MRP, and PLM enterprise systems. **Technical Competencies:** Knowledge of ERP, MRP, and PLM enterprise systems. Experience with warehouse management, transportation logistics, and 3PL operations.**Core Competencies:** * Strong attention to detail with a systematic approach to process documentation and compliance.* Leadership capabilities with influence across functional boundaries.**Work Location & Travel Requirements:*** Hybrid from our Londonderry, NH Headquarters, fully remote, or located at other Pharmavite locations.* If located outside of Londonderry, monthly travel to our Headquarters is expected.Strategic thinking and ability to design cross-functional supply chain frameworks. Facilitation and meeting management skills for S&OP and operational teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating complex supply chain processes into clear, actionable procedures. Change management expertise with experience driving organizational adoption of new processes.
