The Role Sales Planner reporting to the EVP of Sales, Airports. Responsible for facilitating the sales process with internal departments, managing contracts and timelines, troubleshooting issues, and creating detailed presentation decks. Full-time position based in New York office, hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
Support two National Account Directors of Sales in daily tasks.
Assist SVP of Sales with various projects.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the sales process, making timely decisions on ad program issues.
Track due dates and ensure timely completion by all parties.
Update and verify accuracy of client contracts.
Complete necessary paperwork for sales flow.
Forward creative information for approval upon receipt of PDFs.
Develop proficiency in HIVE & VIOOH systems for booking campaigns, requesting avails, and creating posting instructions.
Troubleshoot daily issues such as computer glitches and client needs.
Generate location lists and maps for clients/agencies.
Maintain progress charts of advertisers’ timelines for Account Executives.
Create detailed presentation decks in PowerPoint.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree desired but not required.
Strong team player.

Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills.
Superior written and verbal abilities.
Independent worker with problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
