SAP Delivery Manager / Director – Memphis, Tennessee
Provides direction and guidance for administration and results for multiple projects and AMS within an Account or work area.
Translates business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operations.
Accomplishes results through the efforts of subordinate managers / professional team members.
Directs the efforts of others and provides oversight into all aspects of project/service delivery—both at the strategic and tactical levels.
Develops and maintains strong relationships at the executive level within the client organization.
Executes and manages functional and business goals for the group including budgetary goals and objectives.
Responsible for SLA/KPI tracking and Management.
Point of escalation for all Customer and internal escalations.
Manage large projects (Both Support and Implementation) and good number of resources without any issues.
Status (WSR/MSR/QBR) reporting for internal as well as external stakeholders.
Good People Management skills are must.
Manage all Deliverables with the help of Functional and Technical leads.
Responsible and drive for creation of Ideas, Automation and Innovation.
Resource Management and allocation based on Work load and Priority.
Mentor for all Team Leads and Senior resources on the project/account.
10+ years of Account/Project Management experience.
Previous SAP S/4 experience and SAP S/4 Project/Account Management (Both AMS and Implementations) skill is Mandatory.
Hybrid role, preference for someone local, Memphis, TN.
Minimum/Required Qualification
15+ years of SAP experience
10+ years of SAP Delivery management
10+ years of Account/Project Management experience
5+ years of S/4 project/account management experience
