As a Programming Analyst, you will work closely with developers, analysts, and project teams to design, develop, and maintain software applications that support business operations.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining software applications
Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Write, test, and debug program code
Support system development and software implementation projects
Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business analysts
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Maintain documentation for programs and technical processes
Support application testing and system integration activities
Assist in improving existing software systems
Work with databases and data processing tools
Participate in code reviews and development meetings

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
0–2 years of experience or relevant internships in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or SQL
Understanding of software development concepts and SDLC
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
