We are seeking a

data-driven Paid Social Associate

to support execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and has hands‑on experience managing paid social channels.

The position focuses on campaign execution, performance optimization, and data analysis to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.

Position Overview The Paid Social Associate will manage day-to-day campaign execution across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit. This role will analyze performance data, optimize campaigns, and support broader paid media initiatives to improve ROI and drive business outcomes.

This is a hybrid contract role based in the San Jose area.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Optimization

Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, and other platforms

Set up and manage campaigns, ad sets, audiences, bids, and exclusions

Execute A/B testing strategies to improve performance and conversion rates

Continuously optimize campaigns for lead generation and pipeline growth

Data Analysis & Performance Reporting

Analyze campaign performance using platform data, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Tableau

Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance

Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards

Budget & Performance Management

Monitor campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend

Track performance against KPIs and recommend adjustments

Partner with other paid media team members to support campaign execution and reporting

Assist with campaign maintenance, data pulls, and performance enhancements

Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and new advertising opportunities

Requirements Required Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns

Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads (Reddit/Twitter a plus)

Strong understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, and optimization strategies

Experience with Google Analytics

Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis

Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization

Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS

Experience in FinTech or financial services industry

Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce

Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools
