California People Search is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization to find an
Associate Director
who will play a key leadership role in program delivery, team management, and community engagement across the region.

About the Role The Associate Director will work closely with the Deputy Director to support program execution, oversee staff, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple school sites. This role blends operations, leadership, and community relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities Partner with the Deputy Director to implement programming and organizational initiatives Act as the primary liaison between school staff and the organization Coordinate with school leaders (principals, administrators) to plan program logistics Coach, train, and supervise recruiters, coordinators, and facilitators Monitor program performance including outreach, enrollment, attendance, and outcomes Maintain accurate program data including surveys, participation, and training records Support weekly trainings and meetings for facilitators Help evaluate and improve program delivery and overall experience Contribute to achieving regional goals and maintaining program quality Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, districts, and community partners Assist with community events, presentations, and outreach initiatives Support donor engagement efforts and stewardship activities Oversee payroll documentation for program staff
What We’re Looking For Background in human development, psychology, sociology, or a related field Experience training and facilitating groups (including adult learners) Experience working with diverse and underserved communities Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Experience in program delivery, education, or supervision preferred High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and databases Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Valid California driver’s license and active auto insurance
