Our Youth Program
The LOFT helps students in grades 6-12 discover a faith of their own. The program includes Tuesday LOFTs, Sunday Breakfast + Bible sessions, and special events such as Winter and Summer Camps.
Tuesday LOFT:
Games, worship, teaching, and discussion to help students connect relationally with Jesus and grow in faith.
Sunday Breakfast + Bible:
Bible teaching for teens, followed by worship and a joint session with adults, providing an opportunity for students whose parents do not attend Tuesday gatherings.
Events:
Special events throughout the year, including Winter and Summer Camps, designed to provide outreach opportunities and foster unity within the LOFT family.
Ideal Candidate We are looking for a leader who loves Jesus, students, and the local church.
Youth Intern:
a 10‑week, full‑time summer internship suitable for college students or those early in their career. Reports to: Intern Coordinator.
Youth Resident:
a one‑year, full or part‑time position suitable for recent college graduates, seminary/graduate school students, or those with minimal ministry experience. Reports to: Executive Pastor.
Youth Director:
a full‑time position (with benefits) overseeing our youth department and on a path to pastoral licensure through Cape Cod Church. Best suited for candidates with 1‑3 years ministry experience. Reports to: Executive Pastor.
Youth Pastor:
a full‑time position (with benefits) overseeing our youth department with pastoral licensure through Cape Cod Church. Best suited for candidates with 3+ years ministry experience. Reports to: Executive Pastor.
