**Responsibilities** **Qualifications** 7+ years of executive assistant experience supporting a C-suite or senior enterprise leaders.Experience in a large, global, matrixed organization.Strong written and verbal communication skills; executive presence and professionalism. High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel).Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity. Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX with flexibility for extended hours across time zones. Experience supporting a CTO, CIO, or other senior leaders in a technology-driven environment. Project management experience or formal training.
