What You'll Do
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for contacting potential Advantax clients, effectively communicating the company’s value propositions, and scheduling initial appointments to meet with an Advantax consultant. The BDR will represent the compliance offering and articulate the value and impact of each service professionally. In this role, the BDR is the most critical function of the sales process, building relationships with key individuals within Inc. 5000 tax departments and nurturing accounts.
Responsibilities
Outbound lead generation/qualification (up to 90 calls‑emails/day)
Effectively communicate value proposition across our sole service offering, business personal property tax compliance.
Professional follow‑up activities via phone and email.
Maintain all activity information, with a high level of detail, in the CRM system.
Leverage online resources to augment prospecting effectiveness (provided).
Conduct daily activity meetings and weekly/monthly performance reviews.
Additional responsibilities as directed by Advantax management.

Education and Experience
Candidates with 1–3 years of similar experience are encouraged to apply.

Comfortable working within a complex sales process.
Ability to close conversations and win.
