Senior Brand Manager, Dom Perignon
Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC office.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Brand Head and key stakeholders to define Dom Perignon’s U.S. brand strategy and marketing objectives aligned with MHUSA strategy and the Maison’s broader brand vision.
Contribute to Dom Perignon’s annual U.S. marketing priorities and support “big bet” development for the brand’s key programs and platforms.
Oversee the execution of Dom Perignon’s marketing programs and activations to ensure delivery of volume and profit targets support.
Lead development and articulation of Dom Perignon’s Must Have Programs, providing strategic direction to the Commercial, Trade Marketing, Channel Programming, and other stakeholders to pursue a unified vision.
Lead planning and management of the brand’s A&P deployment strategy, ensuring the A&P budget is consistently prioritized against brand objectives.
Lead the annual brand planning process in collaboration with Strategy & Business Planning, Digital Marketing & Communications, the Commercial organization, Private Client and COE team.
Brand Management
Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Maison teams to design and develop elevated, luxury POS materials and brand assets to drive brand strategy and enhance consumer engagement at the moment of choice.
Partner with Finance, Strategy & Business Planning, and COE to define, communicate, and oversee management of Dom Perignon programming KPIs.
Collaborate with COE team to maintain ongoing awareness of brand health and consumer insights, continually communicating to all key stakeholders and adjusting brand planning as necessary.
Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships internally and externally across the Dom Perignon brand and the Champagne & Sparkling team.
Manage relationships with Strategy & Business Planning, Digital Marketing & Communications, the Commercial team, COE team, Corporate Communications, Finance, Legal, HR, and IT to build and maintain commitments that enable delivery of brand priorities and objectives.
Collaborate with Champagne & Sparkling (Senior) Brand Managers to ensure complementary brand strategies and maximize efficiencies across key deliverables.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the Dom Perignon Maison to ensure ongoing alignment and prioritization of U.S. specific objectives.
Build and maintain successful relationships with agency business partners, distributors, trade, and other third-party stakeholders to continually ensure their commitment to delivering Dom Perignon brand objectives.
Leadership
Provide marketing thought leadership and brand-specific insights to the Champagne & Sparkling team.
Lead, provide tactical direction, and development support to Dom Perignon Associate Brand Manager and VIE, inspiring peak performance and driving results to optimize impact on the brand’s objectives.
Contribute to the growth of creativity and innovation across the Champagne & Sparkling team and within the Dom Perignon Maison.
Support the development and evolution of collaborative ways of working across all Dom Perignon stakeholders.

Maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by evaluating, revising and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs, and perform other functions and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equivalent experience.
Professional Experience: 7+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries.
Professional Skills
Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context.
Elevated taste level and understanding of luxury brand positioning and execution.
Strong commercial orientation and deep understanding of the marketing/sales relationship.
Strong financial orientation and understanding of levers such as depletions, sales, DOI and P&L management.
Solid knowledge of/pulse on cultural trends, particularly influencing luxury sectors (fashion, jewelry, beauty, art and design).
Demonstrated success influencing cross‑functional stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Strong presentation skills; gifted storyteller via PowerPoint and comfortable presenting in front of large groups.
Strong analytical skills to support data‑driven decision making.
Understanding of the U.S. three‑tier distribution system, a plus.
