Responsibilities Talbott Recovery Campus is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive treatment for co-occurring addiction and mental health disorders. We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Regional Outreach Liaison to establish and cultivate an extensive professional referral network. Key Responsibilities include: The ability to exceed company performance targets by establishing influence in diverse market segments; establishing and cultivating an extensive professional referral network within the assigned territory; generating new referring accounts through effective qualifying and prospecting while maintaining productivity with the existing client base; facilitating and maintaining effective activity levels for communication with facility staff regarding outreach and business development updates, weekly facility tours, event organization, conference attendance, and all appropriate follow‑up. Support and Compassion from Team Members and Leadership Best Substance Abuse Treatment in the State of Georgia Beautiful Campus—Great place for Recovery Great People to work with Quality of the Program Qualifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities Exceeds screenings and admissions targets by establishing influence in diverse market segments including physicians, practitioners, social services, hospitals, professional organizations, mental health centers, unions, EAPs, attorneys, advocacy groups, etc. Establishes and cultivates an extensive professional referral network within the assigned territory. Generates new referring accounts through effective qualifying and prospecting while maintaining productivity with existing client base. Facilitates and maintains effective activity levels for weekly prospect and account meetings, facility tours, referrals, and admissions. Promotes events in a manner that draws new prospects to FRN and effectively follows up to maximize opportunity stemming from event participation. Creates and executes sales routes to maximize time and travel expenses, meet guidelines for sales activity expectations, and ensure prospects and clients are seen/contacted on a regular basis in a meaningful way. Develops, plans, organizes and implements special events in support of the territory strategies and tactics specific to residential, outpatient, and market segment components. Coordinates with facility leadership, marketing and business development leadership to create and implement a business development plan specific to driving the relationship strategy for each facility in assigned territory. Logs all sales activities daily in FRN’s CRM software. Prepares and executes strategic business plans for new and assigned accounts to fully develop referral potential. Adheres to all company policy, procedures and business ethics codes. Conducts field rides and shares knowledge and feedback with other business development professionals on the FRN Team. Presents at all regional and national Foundations Recovery Network Business Development meetings. Performs all other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, communications or a related field is highly desired. Minimum 2‑5 years recent experience in a metrics‑driven sales & business development setting. Extensive experience in account development, relationship building, B2B sales and proven ability to close sales is required. Experience in addictions, dually diagnosed/co‑occurring disorders for adults preferred. Must be proficient in computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Salesforce or other sales tracking software).
