Responsibilities At Talbott Recovery Campuswe focus on patient-centered care and an individualized approach, upholding a high standard of innovative treatment and compassionate attention to each patient's needs. We arecurrently seeking a dynamic and talented Director of Business Development.This person is an essential member of the our Leadership Team and is responsible for directing the Business Development efforts of our facilities to include development and continuous refinement of our business development plan. In consultation with the Chief Executive Officer and other Senior Management Staff, this position designs, develops, implements and directs the business development strategic goals, philosophy, policies, procedures, and systems. Oversees all of the Business Development Department and its team members and works in close conjunction with Intake. This position is responsible for reporting, analyzing and presenting current market data and trends and for recommending/implementing appropriate Business Development strategic plans. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, leadership in a healthcare setting. Three (3) years of management experience preferred. Knowledge of Behavioral Health field and substance use disorders. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Valid Driver's license is required for this position.
