Program Coordinator, Global Executive Marketing - Executive Audience Advocacy &

Description AWS is hiring a Program Coordinator to support the Executive Audience Advocacy & Relationships (EAAR) team within Global Executive Marketing (GEM). The EAAR function focuses on strategic and targeted engagements for executive decision‑making personas such as the CEO, CTO/CIO, and other senior leaders. The role will help build awareness, engagement, and positive perception, and create opportunities for AWS executives to build relationships and advocacy with high‑level decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities.

Create and maintain detailed project timelines and task lists, tracking deliverables to ensure deadlines are met across all programs.

Track and manage customer registration and attendance across multiple events and programs.

Create timely updates on event logistics, agenda changes, and key milestones.

Coordinate pre‑event, during‑event, and post‑event communications.

Draft and execute event‑specific communications to keep internal and external stakeholders informed.

Coordinate with customers to ensure timely responses and participation.

Liaise with internal teams and agencies to ensure all logistical elements are executed on time and within budget.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.

Manage speaker preparation call scheduling.

Travel and execute events on‑site as needed.

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of professional, non‑internship marketing experience.

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).

Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.

Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, and reporting for demand generation.
