The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starter, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers

Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers

Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

Attend tradeshows and networking events during and after hours

Foster relationships by inviting prospects to meals, events, etc.

Qualifications

Must be self motivated proactive.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel

Ideally, but not a must: experience and existing relationships in the Property Management arena

Ideally someone who is comfortable speaking in front of groups of people
